Each engagement begins with understanding the client’s objectives, capital position, time horizon and broader property strategy. From there, we search across the market, both publicly and privately, to identify opportunities that genuinely align with the brief.

Through established relationships with developers, agents, property owners and industry professionals, Bluchip provides clients with access, market intelligence and local representation that extends beyond what is publicly available.

We coordinate the acquisition process from opportunity identification and market analysis through to negotiation, due diligence and settlement, working alongside the client’s existing legal, financial and professional advisers where required.

A PRIVATE MANDATE

Bluchip works with a limited number of clients under private acquisition mandates.

A modest engagement retainer establishes the mandate and allows us to begin the search, research and advisory process.

The principal acquisition fee is only payable upon the successful purchase of a property.

This structure aligns our interests with those of our clients: we succeed when they acquire the right property.
